To nurture the next generation of musicians with integrity and respect, and inspire a community where passion, excellence and creativity meet.
To provide well-rounded music education and services that meet the diverse needs of every individual, while fostering confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love for music.
Jessie Chua (left) and Farah Wu met at their DSA Music interviews to Raffles Girls' School. They will always remember being stunned by the question, "Shakespeare once said, 'Music can tame the savage beast', what are your thoughts about that?" But the rest is history. For the next decade they attended the same schools but never shared a single class — except for Music, which they plan to share for the rest of their lives.

Growing up, Farah remembers how discouraging it was to learn the violin without proper guidance, and the struggle she and her mother faced in finding good music teachers. Jessie, on the other hand, was in a leading music school, but often had to give up hobbies and even school excursions to stay home and practise the piano. After living and studying in London, a cultural hub of the UK, they realised how much more the music scene in Singapore could be developed. Why is studying the arts still so looked down on in Singapore? Why does learning music have to be all or nothing? And why, after 20 years, is finding the right teacher still such a gamble for so many parents? And thus, Voyage Music was born: a place where we can meet each student as they are, and journey with every unique individual on their own musical path.
